Returns/Refunds
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new, unused item for a full product refund. No questions. Actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of our error. To start a return, please contact at info@trailertireandwheeldeals.com. You will need return the item to 1701 Lawrence Cove Road, Eva AL 35621 in the same/similar packaging that you received the item. There are no restocking fees unless product is returned incomplete, used, or damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that we cannot exchange items. Simply place a new order for the items you would like. When the original order is returned a credit will be issued for the items.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive you return and verify its inspection. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at info@trailertireandwheeldeals.com.
